Charlotte strips
We bake a range of sponge strips for cake decoration, all with a handmade appearance. Sponge cake strips with chocolate stripes or with sliced or nipped almonds, or our brand new and exclusive charlotte strips (ladyfingers), which will make your cake stand out on the shelf.
They can also be used as a base for your tiramisus.
With measurements from 25mm in length and minimal thicknesses, putting together your creations really will be “a piece of cake”.
